Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only applicable if damage reported within 24hrs of receiving it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of the damaged product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

It takes 24 hours to dispatch from our warehouse.Post the parcel is dispatched, shipping takes 4-6 business days.Also it depends on COVID conditions in your area/city.We do not  process refunds, incase a damaged product has reached you, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery (+91 98202 77501)You will receive an SMS when your order is confirmed and dispatched as well with your tracking ID from our shipping partners.
